Q. Are you able to tell me what shipping/delivery costs will be?
A. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during the checkout process, we use a variety of shipping agents to bring you the most affordable and competitive rates possible. They are based primarily on the size and weight of the items being purchased so we do not have fixed costs. We recommend that if you would like to check the expected delivery costs, that you add the items to the cart and proceed through to the shipping stage of the checkout process which will show you the delivery costs. If you stop at the stage you will not be charged and are not obligated to complete the order and make a purchase.
 
Q. Can I pay for my order over the phone?
A. Unfortunately we are unable to process payments via phone as we no longer take payments in this fashion due to our choice to use what we believe to be more secure alternatives in the form of PayPal and Google. The reason being is that they offer customer safety both from a security standpoint of protecting your personal information and bank account details as well as the facility of mediating and handling disputes (should any ever arise). We feel as a business this offers our customers the best solution.
